**Cercle Brugge has secured its first summer transfer. 18-year-old Alama Bayo arrives from RFC Seraing, signing a contract for four seasons with Cercle, until June 2028.**

Alama Bayo is an attack-mined right winger and an U-18 international for Belgium. In the past he has played for Standard de Liège, Eupen and Seraing, among others. This season he played a total of 22 games in the Challenger Pro League, scoring once and providing three assists.

At Cercle Brugge, the 18-year-old talent will be the first summer transfer with a view to next season. “I am very happy to be part of the Cercle family, it’s an ideal but big step in my development as a professional footballer. I would like to thank everyone for the trust they have in me. I feel very welcomed here and I am really looking forward to what next season will bring,” said **Alama Bayo** in an initial response.

Our scouting team is continuously looking for profiles with potential on the international market, but also on the Belgian market. Alama Bayo joins on a free transfer from Seraing and is a first attacking reinforcement, with a view to the future. At 18 years old, he is still young, but he has already had the necessary playing time at a professional level. He can be deployed centrally as a striker but also on the wing and he fits in with our vertical playing style and our work in transition. He has signed a contract in which we will give him time to grow.”
