**Cercle Brugge competes in the top tier of Belgian football and plays its home matches at the Jan Breydel Stadium. With ambitious growth objectives, the club is seeking an experienced and driven Performance Coach to strengthen its technical staff.**

## Your Role

As a Performance Coach at Cercle Brugge, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fitness and physical training programs for our players. You will work closely with the technical and medical staff to maximize on-field performance and prevent injuries. With a hands-on mentality and excellent organizational skills, you will play a key role in optimizing the team’s physical readiness.

## Your Responsibilities

- Daily planning and execution of strength training sessions in the gym (both for the entire team and individual players).
- Daily planning and execution of pre-training activation sessions in the gym.
- Recording and monitoring all gym activities, including individual preventive programs.
- Daily planning and execution of physical training sessions on the pitch.
- Conducting recovery training sessions after matches.
- Designing and leading pitch training sessions for non-selected players.
- Overseeing the periodization of goalkeeper training and monitoring their physical workload.
- Developing specific fitness training programs for goalkeepers.
- Conducting physical tests and screenings in the gym.
- Performing daily GPS analysis and reporting on player performance.
- Planning and monitoring rehabilitation programs for injured players, including ‘Return to Train’ (RTT) and ‘Return to Competition’ (RTC).

## Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced professional who is a team player with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently. Additionally, you should have:

- A master’s degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Strength & Conditioning, or a similar field.
- A minimum UEFA B coaching license.
- Experience in a professional team sport environment.
- Experience with GPS-based systems.
- A qualification or accreditation in gym-based training.
