**Cercle Brugge K.SV. is a first division football team with a long history in Belgian professional football. Both on and off the pitch, Cercle wants to make a difference and achieve its ambitious growth targets.  That is why we are currently looking for a Head of Operations (M/F/X)**

### **Your key responsibilities**

- Oversee and streamline all **daily operational activities**, including stadium operations, facility management, logistics and security.
- Manage and coordinate the building of the new training facilities.
- Manage event logistics—from matchdays to training sessions—ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient execution across all activities.
- Develop and implement **operational strategies**, policies, and best practices that align with team objectives and ensure scalability.
- Oversee technical departments, greenkeeping and security, fostering collaboration across departments, and ensuring clear communication to technical staff.
- Innovate solutions for improved fan experience, enhanced onboarding for staff, and optimized resource usage across facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors & suppliers, ..: organize vendor selection process, manage contract negotiations, follow-up & reporting of repair & maintenance budgets
- Ensure good relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and community stakeholders.

### **Required profile**

- **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- **Experience:** Experience in operations, preferably within a professional sports organization or construction company.
- **Leadership:** Demonstrable experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional departments in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.
- **Core Competencies:** Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, hands-on and strategic vision.
- **Communication:** Fluent in **English** and **Dutch**, with French proficiency considered a plus.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with facility management systems, basic technical knowledge.
- **Personal Qualities:** Passion for football or sports culture, proactive mindset, adaptability, resilience, and outstanding stakeholder management skills.
- You are flexible and can make yourself available for Cercle Brugge's home matches in the weekend.
